The MHCRC joined a coalition to file comments in the FCC’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on multichannel video program distributors (MVPD). As video streaming over the internet continues to expand and evolve the MHCRC supports compensation for private use of public property (right of way) and a local voice, through public, education and government access (PEG), are reflected in federal policy governing MVPD’s.
