The MHCRC administers cable franchise agreements with:
- Comcast (Xfinity) which serves Multnomah County and the cities of Fairview, Gresham, Portland, Troutdale, and Wood Village
- Ziply Fiber which serves Cities of Gresham, Fairview, Troutdale, and Wood Village
All cable franchise agreements are prepared and adopted in accordance with the regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the 1996 Telecommunications Act. Cable Franchise Agreements are available through the links below:
